This is your second day of the Summer Mileage Program in 2023.

The first two weeks of our plan is to get you used to running daily again.

Workout today, July 4, 2023: Warm up slowly, 45-50 minutes, on trails, cooldown slowly.

Hydrate well, 64-96 ounces of water a day, and include an electrolyte like NUUN in your program. (If you use Gatorade, dilute it in half, as sugars over 3.5 percent really slow down the absorption of water. )
